FAQ


We source all our high-quality ingredients from all around the world, including the Peruvian Andes for our Maca Root, Africa for our 5HTP and India for our Ashwagandha Root. Everything is brought to the UK, where our products are made.

We recommend that you check with your doctor or health professional if you take any medication. However, https://www.webmd.com/interaction-checker/default.htm provides a useful interaction checker and allows you to enter your medication and supplement to determine if there are any concerns.

All our products are made using non-GMO ingredients.

At present, only our Turmeric and Ashwagandha supplements are organic. We are looking to add more organic products to our range soon. We hold organic certification with the Soil Association and our licence number is DA28183.

Biotin, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin B12, Turmeric, Vegan Multi Vitamins, Ashwagandha, Coenzyme Q10, Maca Root, 5HTP, Zinc, Bio-Cultures Complex, CMZD3, Vitamin K2, Magnesium Citrate.

The following products are certified Vegan:

The shelf life for our products is two years from the date of manufacture.

Our Omega 3 supplements contain Fish Oil and Soya, and our Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCL (PVP) is derived from crustaceans. There are no known allergens in any of our other products. Please contact us info@evonutrition.com if you require more information.

All EVO Nutrition products are shipped the same day an order is received if ordered before 2pm Monday – Friday. Note, an order placed after 2pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.

UK Delivery (2-4 business days)

International Delivery (2-9 business days)

We offer cheap, fast, tracked shipping solution to most EU countries. Shipping fees start from as low as £8.95. For delivery prices and estimated delivery times, please see the “International Delivery Transit Time and Costs” table on our ‘Shipping’ page.

Delivery charges are calculated from the weight and size of your order, and the price is shown in your shopping basket.

Delivery Timescale and Services

Estimated delivery days are stated for every product. Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day our couriers are trusted and reliable. We dispatch with a range of leading couriers.

If you live in a remote area, it may take longer to deliver your order and some delivery services may not be available.

The courier should leave a card to let you know they tried to deliver. You can contact them directly using the details they provide on the card, to arrange a different delivery day or collection from their depot. Depending upon the service, the courier will send you an email and/or text/SMS message providing you further details on how you can arrange for re-delivery or collection of the package.

This is a very rare occurrence, but occasionally things do go wrong. Please send an email to enquiries@evonutrition.com including your customer account code or order number and let us know the details of the problem. We will always do our best to resolve any problems you may have.

The team at EVO Nutrition are confident our products are of the highest quality and want you to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers — our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably.

If, however, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you have any problem with the products we have sent you then please get in touch and we will do our utmost to ensure a quick and efficient resolution to any issues.

We accept returns for unused goods returned in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them. We should be notified of pending returns and goods should be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please provide the order number and your name & address with the item you are returning. Once the item has been received a full refund will be issued directly into your PayPal account. Please note return postage charges are not refundable.
